What are your minimums?
This depends on what product you are looking for. Why we normally say "one" is our minimum for the simple fact, we produce most of what we sell so we control how many items we can imprint for you. Specifically, IMPRINTED T-SHIRTS, BANNERS, CUSTOM MOUSEPADS, COFFEE and TRAVEL MUGS, and many other things....we can do ONE! |
How fast can I get something from you? (What is your turn-around time?)
This is where our company stands out from the rest. Our turn-around times are usually 1/2 what our internet and local competitors offer. Again, because we can imprint most of what we do ourselves, we can get items to the customer faster. We've had jobs turned around in less than TWO HOURS on several occasions where the only thing our customer had to do was make a simple phone call. We got the orders produced and delivered without them needing to do anything more! |
Can you provide SAMPLES of products?
We can. In most cases the sample will be of another job already completed with the same product. In some cases, not all, some charges may apply to obtain samples. If an order is submitted, the charge for that sample may be credited to the total order amount for billing. |

How do I make payment(s)?
We require 50% deposit on ALL orders for first-time-customers. Based on the order size and/or turn-around time, FULL PAYMENT at time of delivery can be arranged. Net-15/30 is available. |
